Participation is by invitation only and limited to discretion / approval of S.U.Y.T. Board.

S.U.Y.T. is a non-profitable toy and is a private game played in good faith amongst a mob of bloody good mates.

S.U.Y.T. is designed for the enjoyment of those mates and doesn't pretend or purport to be perfect. What you see is what you get. The Board shall willingly accept positive feed-back relevant to suggested changes and act in a pro-active manner if proposals are for the betterment of all concerned. We ask that all submissions be in writing by 31st December annually. We don't anticipate any changes prior to end of this footy season.

S.U.Y.T. is owned and cannot be used / sold to any party or group without written permission.

Pre-season drinks to be arranged a few weeks before the season begins, watch your emails regarding venue and time, yet to be announced.

FORMAT:

All tips to be entered by members on our Web site. Note correct name. There is a site - showusyatips.com (NOT US)

PRIZES: Additional prizes shall be awarded on Presentation Night at the discretion of the Board.

N.A.T.A. Award: The person voted winner of this award will win a prize.

GOOD NATURED:

Several people have donated prizes--- we thank them for their generosity and ask that you support them where possible. We shall publish a list shortly.

Non members: Partners who attend social functions and are not S.U.Y.T. members will need to kick-in for food - ($10). Children are free of charge

FOOTY: Most S.U.Y.T. members attend footy each week and have membership status or reserved seats at A.A.M.I. Stadium. If those members' tickets are not used at some games, we ask that you consider loaning them to S.U.Y.T. members who cannot attend games through lack of tickets. That way we can do a little networking and help each other.

COMPETITIONS

There are three competitions (with a fourth, supplementary comp half way through the season). All simple to play.

COMP. ONE---------- SHOWUSYA BIGTIPS:

If you are one who likes the challenge of handling BIG TIPS, this comp. is for all TIPPILATING TIPSTERS.

Entries close 24th March annually.

This is what you do -..

Pick the COMPLETE CARD BEFORE SEASON BEGINS.

"Complete Card" is ALL GAMES IN ALL 24 ROUNDS PRIOR TO START OF SEASON.

Each correct tip is worth one point.

Winner takes all prize pool and shall have their TIPS on display at PRESENTATION NIGHT.

COMP. TWO --------- SHOWUSYATOPTIPS:

This comp. operates on a Round- by- Round basis and is usually accessed weekly over a period of 24 weeks. You all know how to play so I'll cut the bullshit. Please be aware that you can place your TOPTIPS on the Web site at any time you choose before closing time. Be assured we shall take your TOPTIPS in hand anytime. You may change your TOPTIPS as often as you like prior to closing time.

CLOSING TIME: 11.59 am. on day of game

LATE ENTRIES: Where TOP TIPS are not submitted for a particular game / round, scoring will be by way of a default to COMP ONE / SHOWUSYABIGTIPS for that game / round. In other words, what you tipped in Comp. One in that particular round, will now become your TIPS for the game or round you didn't submit in Comp. TWO. Bloody simple!

If you have not entered Comp. ONE, there is no allocation of points or default. TOUGH TIPPIES!

Each WINNING TIP is worth ONE POINT. A draw is one point.

HIDDEN ROUNDS: There are THREE predetermined hidden rounds. Rounds seven (7), fourteen (14) and twenty one (21). Tipping for these rounds are as with all rounds. The only difference being that you cannot access the result of other Tipsters. Therefore, leading up to Presentation Night results from only nineteen rounds will be known. Hidden rounds will be revealed on the night. ABSOLUTELY nobody in the competition can access scores from hidden rounds. Only the Web-site developer will know results and he will send a coded email to Jimmy Tee's computer on the BIG night.

Points from rounds 7,14,and 21 will be added to each score progressively throughout the night-----a la SHOWUSYATIPS style .

WILD CARDS: There are Three Wild Cards which can be used separately in any round of your choice. A wild card facility is evident on the screen when making your selection. Wild cards DOUBLE your points on your winning selections. E.g., you pick 3 winners--- you score 6 points. NOTE: Wild cards don't double bonus points ( refer Correct Margin and All Correct)

CORRECT MARGIN: The first game of each round requires you to nominate a winning margin. If correct, you score TWO extra points.

ALL CORRECT: If you tip ALL 9 winners in a round you score an extra TWO points.

SCORING SUMMARY:

One point for each correct tip (1 point for draw)

Two points for correct margin

Two points for NINE correct

Double points when Wild Card used.

wild card used?double pts. 4 X 2 = 8
correct margin = 2
total for round is 8 +2 = 10

PRIZES: CASH PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD "PLACEGETTERS." PRIZES ARE PRO RATA 1 IN 8. Therefore, if there are 40 participants, there will be 5 appropriately scaled prizes.

COMP. THREE ------- THE MONGREL BASTARD TIPPER:

FREE ENTRY:
Each Tipster may nominate a person whom they consider will win the SHOWUSYATOPTIPS Competition. The person who wins the main comp. cannot win this comp ( unless he /she nominates themself ) because he / she is a SHOW-OFF and a MONGREL BASTARD TIPPER.

The TIPSTER who nominates the MONGREL wins a SHOWUSYATIPS prize. It won't be a BOOBY prize. (remember you may nominate yourself as MONGREL BASTARD.)

FINALS WEEK COMPETITION:

1. Payment at season beginning ($15) or end of season($25)

2. We will list all the finals week games as Game 1.... Game n and the last game Grand Final

3. Once we know who is last 8 teams, and who plays whom, we will enter them into the rerspective game

4. Prize: ONE and only one winner, takes All pool, (in the unlikely event of a tie, the nearest total grand final score prediction wins the tie break.
